HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ASSEMBLER IN LAKE ZURICH, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Assembler to join our team in Lake Zurich, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for using a variety of hand and power tools, following work instructions, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma or GED, proficient in Surface Mount (SMT), able to read and interpret production schematics, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $47,500/year
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday Mon–Fri, 7am-4pm
  • Located in Lake Zurich, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment
  • Follow work instructions to correctly assemble, program, and set up monitors
  • Gas calibrate and test all monitors
  • Complete and fill out technical data, instrument records, and equipment serial number records
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Any other duties as assigned by management


Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Surface Mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques (HandSoldering, Rework)
  • Able to read and interpret production schematics, assembly drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organized individual with attention to detail
