HIRING IMMEDIATELY: LOGISTICS ACCOUNTING ANALYST IN IRVING, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Logistics Accounting Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas. This individual will be responsible for overseeing logistics accounting, billing, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $47,500 (+bonus)
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Individual schedules are determined by volume and client needs. Weekend availability is required
  • Located in Irving, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough billing verification.
  • Finalize month-end reports and accruals.
  • Ensure accurate three-way matching of carrier invoices.
  • Provide direction and oversight to Billing Specialists.
  • Prepare invoices for approval and payment processing.
  • Perform payment reconciliations.
  • Track and reconcile Carrier Aging Statements.
  • Address and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Manage billing issues with carriers effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to collaboration.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in logistics accounting or a related field.
  • Experience with Truck Mate Software preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work while standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Ability to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work in a distribution center environment with variable temperatures.
  • Ability to work safely around heavy moving equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamps, scissor lifts) in a fast-paced setting.
