Accurate Personnel Celebrates Its Annual Staffing Week

Accurate Personnel showing appreciation for its employees by celebrating staffing week at all 35 nationwide locations from September 14th to the 18th.
The American Staffing Association established Staffing Week to recognize 9.5 million temporary and contract employees throughout the country. For the past three years, Accurate has been marking the occasion by hosting five memorable days of fun, highlighted by a company cookout, for its entire team.
“These individuals work tirelessly each and every week, so what better way to recognize their efforts than by giving them a week of their own,” said Diane VanDyck, Accurate’s CRO.
VanDyck has been with the company for 26 years and has helped organize much of the growth. She pioneered the AP All-Star program in 2024, which spotlights the top temporary worker from each branch, as well as the number one temporary associate throughout the company.
The traditions have embedded into the company’s annual events, as they continue to evolve each year.

“Staffing Week is a time to celebrate our people and everyone who works with and for us!,” said Michelle Kenney, Branch Manager at Accurate’s Bolingbrook location. “It is a time to show our internal and external employees how much we appreciate all the hard work that they put in.”
Lynnell Fisher worked her way from Account Manager to now the Assistant Branch Manager at our Richmond branch location.
As she has seen immense growth within Accurate she looks forward to Staffing Week to “witness the genuine excitement when our team realizes how deeply their hard work and dedication are valued. It is incredibly rewarding to see that appreciation resonate with them”.
“I always look forward to the special events and gestures the company plans, as they go a long way in ensuring the staff feels truly appreciated and celebrated,” Fisher shared
Sophia Casadas was working remotely during her internship last time around, so she is excited to participate in person for the first time.

As one of the companies Marketing Specialists, she mentioned that she was looking forward to, “bringing the event to life,” and “seeing everybody come together.”
Evelin Orea has been with Accurate for five years, she has been the master behind all of the Accurate swag. With her dedication to all moving parts in the Marketing Department, she reciprocates loyalty to not only Accurate as a whole but to the team as well.
The marketing team helps bring all of Accurate’s department’s visions to life from three consecutive hiring events across the nation, all the way to Staffing Week.
Orea expressed “without our team working with one another, we would not be able to accomplish these monumental projects.”
Staffing Week is a primary example of the company coming together as a team, recognizing the long nights and dedication they put in.
This week is a time to highlight the team’s continuous hard work and celebrate their accomplishments. Each day during Staffing Week, teams will come together, make more memories, and keep the momentum going as they enter Q4!
