Accurate Honors Florida’s Finest: Arceo, Rivera take home prestigous honors at Palooza 26
March 11, 2026
Florida took center stage at AP Palooza 26 as Leidy Arceo was named Accurate Personnel’s 2026 Employee of the Year and Lamona Rivera claimed Branch Manager of the Year honors at the company kickoff event on Saturday evening.
It was an impressive showing for two offices, Broward and Lakeland, that are turning heads across the country and quickly earning a reputation for standout performances.
“Honestly, I kind of forgot how to walk for a second,” said Arceo, with a laugh, recalling the moment her name was called on stage. “I’m looking at the screen. I’m listening to Ray [Niecestro], and they’re like, ‘Leidy Arceo.’ I forgot that was my name for a second. I forgot how to walk. It was unreal to be honest with you—I was so gobsmacked.”
Arceo has been climbing the organizational ladder since August 2022. She was initially hired as a Senior Account Manager at Accurate’s Broward branch in Fort Lauderdale, FL before earning a promotion to Assistant Branch Manager in March of 2024.
For her, bringing an award back home to Broward County was an emotional experience.
“I wouldn’t be where I am right now if it wasn’t for this company, in general,” said Arceo. “But down here in Florida, we’re very close and tight-knit because it’s only three little branches that we have down here. Orlando, Lakeland, and [Broward].”
She has grown professionally since joining the team at Accurate, and her day-to-day responsibilities have changed significantly as well.
“I feel like that’s something that helps a lot of us thrive is being reminded that we’re learning every day and it’s okay to make mistakes, but to be able to grow from them and not kind of linger on them,” said Arceo.

Arceo plays a unique role in Accurate’s southern operations. As the company has acquired business throughout the southeast region, she has begun remotely recruiting talent throughout the area.
“The remote recruiting really started when we obtained business in Knoxville, Tennessee, six years ago,” said Ray Niecestro, Regional Director of Operations with Accurate, who oversees both the Broward and Lakeland offices, as well as the southeast territory.
“At that time, Broward was responsible for providing the associates for that site, and it sort of grew from there,” he added. “We saw Leidy was confident and comfortable filling those roles, and we started picking up opportunities elsewhere.”
One day, Arceo is filling orders for locals in southern Florida. The next? She is connecting with candidates in Tennessee or Maryland.
“It’s just kind of building that bond with the candidates themselves and just making them feel comfortable,” Arceo explained. “I feel like the reason why I kind of thrive in it is because I’m a very sociable person. I’m very honest.”
It is a challenge that she takes head on, and, clearly, the results speak for themselves.
“Whenever I see those orders coming, I’m like, ‘I love me a challenge’,” she said.

For Niecestro, it’s all about playing his cards right.
“What separates her is really the positive attitude and the eagerness to jump into pretty much anything,” said Niecestro. “As soon as she gets an opportunity, she jumps on it and she is quickly recruiting—we do like to put our aces in their places.”
Helping people is always at the front of Arceo’s mind. “I achieve my goals while I help others achieve theirs,” she said. “I know what that struggle is, to not be able to find a job, or find something that’s a fit for me.”
Those experiences have motivated her to dive deeper into the world of recruiting.
“My biggest goal is to see people get work [and] for them to last with Accurate. For them not to want to go anywhere else,” she explained.
“Just seeing that we’re able to help those people get jobs,” said Arceo. “Finding a place for everybody, that’s the biggest goal. And ever since I started working here at Accurate, it’s like my home.”
Prior to Accurate, Arceo spent nine years as a Department Manager with H&M, an international fashion retailer before being hired by Accurate. She had done some recruiting in the past, but had never worked in the staffing industry before.
Now, it is her passion.
“I’ve kind of fallen in love with staffing,” said Arceo. “Honestly, I don’t think I would want to do anything else after this.”
She said that her dream is to retire with Accurate. “I’m trying to be here with you guys until the building burns down,” said a smirking Arceo.

Across the state, Rivera becomes the reigning Branch Manager of the Year as she begins her third full year in the role.
A veteran of the staffing industry, Rivera joined Accurate back in July of 2023, stepping directly into her management role for the Lakeland, FL office after being referred by Margie Kindred, Regional Vice President of Sales at Accurate.
Kindred was the person who initially brought Rivera into the world of staffing about ten years ago after she had spent the previous decade in orthopedics.
“I had no clue about staffing whatsoever,” chuckled Rivera, whose supervisor experience and bilingual abilities made her a natural fit for the industry.
Kindred enlisted her to help create some job ads for her Spanish speaking clientele. By the next week, Rivera was a Branch Manager in the staffing industry and the rest is history.
After spending the better part of a decade working alongside Kindred in their shared home town of Auburndale, FL, Rivera made the leap to join Accurate and brought an intense fire to succeed along with her.
Just a few short years later, she has cemented her place among the best in the business.
Rivera was amped up about earning her award and she wore it on her sleeve.
“My gosh, I was so emotional. I got very emotional,” said Rivera, who lit up the Art Ovation ballroom with several woo’s on her way to collect her trophy. “I couldn’t believe it. I was in awe.”
She mentioned how humbling it was to hear her name called while sitting alongside all of the talent gathered around her.
“I think what’s made this award special for Lamona is really all of what she’s gone through in her time here,” added Niecestro. “She took on a lot of the workload herself. She really struggled at first, to be honest. She struggled getting the right team, and developing the right team.”
Rivera agreed, as she reflected on the leaps her branch has taken in their journey together.
“I just think of all the hard work that we’ve done,” added Rivera. “I’ve gone through a lot of staff changes here, internally. So finding that right mix, making sure that they have the resources that they need to be successful, and the SEAL team was a big part of that. We had two visits last year.”
She was nervous working with the SEAL team initially, but grew to embrace the support. Heading into 2026, it has become clear that it helped bring out the best in her office.
“The first visit was a little rocky and there was a lot to learn, a lot to wrap my head around,” she added. “But then once they came out the second time, I was putting those processes to my advantage and teaching my team, and just making it better for them.”
She immediately found Niecestro to share a hug after hearing her name called on stage Saturday night.
“We could tell early on that Lamona had the drive and the tenacity to build a book of business. And that’s really what Lakeland needed,” said Niecestro. “She’s doubled her billing since she’s been here. And more than that, she’s established really strong relationships with her clients and, again, she’s built a great team that is doing the same.”

That team generated over $5 million in revenue in 2025, exceeding all the goals that Rivera had set.
“Lamona has been an incredible mentor and a key driver of my professional growth,” said Marisol Miranda, a National Skilled Recruiter for Accurate who works alongside Rivera in the Lakeland office each day.
“I truly appreciate the unwavering faith she has in my potential, especially during moments when I lack self-confidence. She leads by example and is a constant source of motivation for the entire team,” she added. “Her focus on celebrating every win, no matter how small, creates a positive environment. I feel very fortunate to be part of her team.”
After the win, Rivera took to social media to celebrate the honor, and thanked the team that helped her earn it.
“Whew…still smiling over this one! This recognition truly belongs to the incredible people I get to lead every day! Thank you for embracing the grind, trusting my crazy ideas, and chasing opportunities across state lines with me!” posted Rivera on LinkedIn.
She joked during her interview that she has never had so many connection requests on the platform before in her life.
“I think we’re hungry,” said Rivera, with a grin. “There’s a lot of business here in Florida. A lot of things that I think, as a whole, I think we all need to push for, and that’s exciting.”
“Everybody’s like, ‘What are you gonna do? You won. What are you going to do?’,” she said. “And I just want to work, right? I want to get as much business as I can [and] get our name out. I think solidifying Accurate in Florida—we’ve got some hungry people who want to work.”

For Niecestro, watching two individuals he oversees claim such honors is an experience that is as rewarding as taking home hardware himself.
“Of course it is a tremendous compliment,” said Niecestro. “I don’t want to pretend like it’s not, but really I’m pretty simple. I put people in a position to be successful. I give them the time, tools, and training that they need and then it’s really up to them.”
“I would love to take more credit, but to be honest, they put in the work,” he added. “All I can do is support the work and put them in the best position I can to be successful. I’m just thrilled that they took advantage of that.”
Jalen Graham also represented the sunshine state, winning Rookie of the Year for Accurate’s Corporate South office in Lakewood Ranch, FL on the same stage he presented on the day before.
“To be acknowledged in such a major way, by all of the positive feedback I received from my colleagues regarding my presentation on Friday, and then winning Rookie of the Year Saturday this past weekend at AP Palooza was transformative,” said Graham, in a statement.
“It feels so rewarding to be embraced by the very culture I present to candidates when recruiting; it is a testament to the culture and values being put into practice every day,” he added.

Meanwhile, Nate Sterling earned the Rookie of the Year honors for Corporate North up in Schaumburg, IL.
Sterling, who was recently promoted to Jr. Systems Administrator in Accurate’s IT Department, joined the company in September of 2024 and is excited to step into his new role with a trophy in hand.
Montserrat Aguayo Medrano and Mark Morrissey took home matching Recruiter of the Year titles, while Zyanya Villalpando was named On-Site of the Year and Letty Garcia earned Assistant Branch Manager honors.
Patricia Ochsenschlager, a 10-year Accurate veteran and Regional Vice President of Sales, took home the esteemed Salesperson of the Year title.
“I’ve always dreamed of being successful earlier in my career, and seeing that dream come true means more than I can explain,” posted Ochsenschlager on LinkedIn. “I truly couldn’t have done this without the operations team and my coworkers at Accurate Personnel—their support, belief, and teamwork mean everything to me.”
All in all, it was a weekend to remember for Accurate Personnel and the festivities are sure to set the table for another year of growth as the company continues building momentum throughout the entire country.
