Pay, Schedule, and Location:
Pay Rate:
$20/hour
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with potential overtime on Saturdays
Location:
St. Charles, IL
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble components according to schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
Use shop equipment, hand tools, and machinery for assembly tasks.
Perform basic mathematical calculations, including fractions and decimals, for measurements and adjustments.
Collaborate with team members, engineers, and managers to ensure quality production.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Participate in team huddles and follow instructions from department foremen.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to handle instructions and collaborate effectively.
Knowledge of electrical symbols, schematics, and blueprint interpretation.
Ability to use shop equipment and hand tools proficiently.
Basic computer skills and an understanding of fractions and decimals.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs (and up to 100 lbs with assistance).
Must be dependable, take direction well, and demonstrate good attendance.
