Apply online and kick start your career today!Pay, Schedule, and LocationStarting at $47,500 to $50,000/yearly, paid weeklyExcellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and VisionFull-time schedule, weekend availabilityLocated in Minooka, ILDuties and ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations in the Janitorial departmentEnsure that safety rules, production, and sanitation standards are metMaintain MSDS policiesAssist in ordering of chemicals and suppliesMaintain WCD’s expectations of a clean warehouse, while promoting a safe environment for all employeesFacilitate daily safety meetings, when necessaryScheduling and ordering of chemicals and suppliesDelegate daily tasks to employeesOversee, schedule, and maintain all 4 buildings and exteriorDelegate cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, scrubbing floors, spider webs, washing walls/racks, painting and glass/mirror cleaning, removing plastics and cardboardDuties may include performing routine maintenance activities and notifying management of the need for repairsAssigns duties to employees and schedule break periods, work hours, and vacations. Schedules and performs periodic evaluations of employees as dictated by the appropriate HR policiesFollow up on customer concerns/complaints, examines discrepancy reports, and resolutions to restore and promote good public relations with the clientOverall responsibility for the supervision of good sanitation practices throughout the warehouse/officesPromotes a positive work environment while also being a team builderWork closely with staff to ensure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained and communicated to each associateMust be flexible and able to work any shift in support of business needsRequirements and QualificationsExcellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise all warehouse data entry programs as directed by the Office ManagerCertified for EPJ and ForkliftKnowledge of MSDS PolicyKnowledge of Excel, Word, and OutlookMaintains, updates, and inspects systems and procedures daily by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, archiving, forms of control, and personnel requirementsMaintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established HACCP, GMP, and MSDS policies and proceduresHigh level of computer and WMS system literacySome college-level training is preferred but not necessary so long as there is an experience in warehouse supervision and some experience in the warehouse industry preferredSome college-level management education and/or 2 years of warehouse/janitorial department supervising in the wholesale industryStrong computer skills required; with knowledge in MS Office, Excel, and WMS system literacy—--(Salary range based on experience)—--ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
