HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN SALISBURY, NC

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our client in Salisbury, NC. This individual will be responsible for answering incoming customer service tickets, phone calls, and Teams messages in a courteous, consistent, and timely manner, as well as responding to requests from customers, sales representatives, and service representatives. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, installation, or maintenance/repair environments. Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Starting at $22/hour, paid weekly

  • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision

  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

  • Located in Salisbury, NC

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer service tickets, phone calls, and Teams messages in a courteous, consistent, and timely manner

  • Respond comprehensively to requests from customers, sales representatives, and service representatives

  • Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring alignment with their needs and requests

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the ERP system

  • Serve as an account advocate, managing inquiries that require specialized or concierge handling

  • Communicate proactively with customers, providing updates, addressing delays, and conveying important information

  • Investigate and resolve billing concerns by tracing shipments, researching pricing discrepancies, and entering credit memos for approval

  • Quote special parts prices and address credit hold orders within the ERP system

  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to eliminate barriers that affect product quality, support, delivery, and customer satisfaction

  • Enter orders and address inquiries by leveraging internal resources and adhering to standardized business processes

  • Complete and review customer-specific reports for accuracy and integrity

  • Suggest ideas to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in Business or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, installation, or maintenance/repair environments

  • Experience with ticketing systems and ERP systems (order entry, quoting, and returns) is a plus

  • Customer focused with a strong attention to detail

  • The ideal candidate will possess interpersonal savvy with energy and enthusiasm

  • Must have effective communication skills and is a strong active listener
