HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN GREENFIELD, IN

Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Pay: $18/hour

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

  • Location: Greenfield, IN

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Handle inquiries and requests from an assigned customer book of business and address their needs.

  • Budget Adherence: Ensure customers receive services that are within budget and meet their needs.

  • Team Collaboration: Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.

  • Reporting: Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.

  • Sales Coordination: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and communicate with the sales team regularly.

  • Data Entry: Provide accurate and timely data entry of shipping and receiving information for single and/or multiple clients.

  • Order Processing: Generate reports and paperwork from WMS necessary for client work orders.

  • Inventory Management: Run stock reports to check for product availability.

  • Sample Management: Pick, package, and ship sample requests from the client.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.

  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Language Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and oral; bilingual skills are a plus.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with WMS/ERP system functions is preferred.

  • Adaptability: Must be able to effectively adapt to change and excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Independence: Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
