HIRING IMMEDIATELY: DATA ENTRY CLERK IN CARY, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring a Data Entry Clerk for our client in Cary, IL. This position is perfect for a collaborative, detail-oriented individual who thrives on teamwork and efficiency in a structured environment.
Pay, Schedule, and Location:
Pay:
$16 to $18 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:15 pm
Location:
Cary, IL

Duties and Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and support the Sales Team with accurate order entry
Review order information for accuracy and completeness, enter orders, and upload documentation
Update lists, spreadsheets, and customer account information as needed
Work closely with internal teams and assist with special projects
Identify, research, and resolve any errors, omissions, and discrepancies
Maintain organized manual and electronic file systems
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
At least 1 year of Data Entry, Order Entry, or Order Processing experience (experience with a manufacturer or distributor is a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
