This position is responsible for processing payroll, auditing reports, and supporting employee payroll inquiries in a distribution center environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location:
Pay:
$20.00 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location:
Franklin, KY
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and approve daily attendance reports for staff agencies.
Process bi-weekly payroll for WCD employees before Paychex deadlines.
Prepare weekly payroll cost reports for administrative and accounting needs.
Audit weekly agency and labor-related invoices.
Oversee puller incentives for accuracy and process payroll action requests (PAR).
Provide customer service for employee payroll inquiries.
Support distribution center operations and assist with other assigned duties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience or related background preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with distribution center operations is a plus.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage a diverse workforce.
