HIRING IMMEDIATELY: EXTRUSION MACHINE OPERATOR IN KUTZTOWN, PA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Extrusion Machine Operator to join our client in Kutztown, PA. This individual will be responsible for receiving finished plastic sheeting out of extruder, creating neatly stacked pallets, marking sheet counts, as well as completing replacement of rolls of tape, protective covering, barcodes, and other materials. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $18 to $21.50/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st shift: 6:45 am to 7 pm or 2nd shift: 6:45 pm to 7 am

Duties and Responsibilities
Receives finished plastic sheeting out of extruder, creates neatly stacked pallets, marks sheet counts
Completes replacement of rolls of tape, protective covering, barcodes, and other materials
Completes Light Transmission and Product Control tests, makes necessary corrections
Performs length/width and pallet changes
Performs silo setup and operation of raw materials
With assistance, performs color changes; basic machine maintenance and cleaning; start up and shut down procedures
Conducts yellow tagging procedure and documentation
Other duties and activities as directed
Requirements and Qualifications
Ability to accurately read metric tape measure
Perform basic math skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly, stand, walk, bend, twist, and/or reach for duration of shift
Possess strong time management skills and ability to work as part of a team
Forklift operation experience is a plus!
