Job Opportunity: Freezer Supervisor at Accurate Personnel
Accurate Personnel, based in Minooka, IL, is seeking a Freezer Supervisor to join our team. This position involves overseeing the Freezer Department and coordinating various aspects of warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Team Oversight: Supervise Freezer Department selector associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Scheduling and Duties Assignment: Manage employee schedules, break periods, and task assignments.
Client Relations: Address customer concerns, examine discrepancy reports, and ensure satisfactory resolutions to maintain positive client relations.
Sanitation Practices: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in both warehouse and office areas.
Team Building: Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork among associates.
Quality Control: Work collaboratively with selection staff to uphold quality and productivity standards.
Flexibility: Be adaptable to work various shifts as required by business needs.
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to implement and supervise warehouse data entry programs.
Tech Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and WMS systems.
Education/Experience: Some college-level management education preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in the wholesale industry.
Physical Demands: Lifting: Up to 10 lbs.
Desk Work: Extended periods of sitting at a computer.
Stairs: Ability to climb stairs.
Work Environment:
Temperature Variation: Ability to work in a Distribution Center environment with varying temperatures.
Compensation:
Annual salary range: $47,500 to $52,000.
Shift: 1st shift.
