Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $25 to $30/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Located in Houston, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Support managers and employees in navigating HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate.
- Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and other HR-related initiatives.
- Provide guidance on company policies and ensure that they are consistently applied.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or HR-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and employee relations.
