Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for anInventory Specialistto join our client inBolingbrook, IL. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in inventory management, cycle counting, and Excel. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and working closely with vendors and suppliers to secure shipments.
Pay, Schedule, and Location
$25/hour, paid weekly
Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4:30 pm (flexibility for weekends and overtime required)
Located in Bolingbrook, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
Order inventory from vendors and suppliers, securing shipment arrival times
Manage inventory by stocking, cataloging, and performing quality checks on stored products
Update inventory counts, maintain inventory records, and conduct regular cycle counts
Perform quality checks on inventory and discard items that do not meet company standards
Report inventory discrepancies, such as missing items, and take corrective action as needed
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage spreadsheets and track inventory data
Operate a cherry picker to retrieve and store inventory when needed
Requirements and Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
and experience managing spreadsheets
Experience in cycle counting and inventory management
Ability to operate a
cherry picker
and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime as production needs demand
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to identify discrepancies in inventory and take appropriate action
