Duties and Responsibilities
Process Interline Payables, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
Verify billing charges and maintain documents for assigned loads
Complete 3-way matching verification for invoice payments
Review and sort invoices and check requests for approval and payment
Reconcile payments and resolve invoice discrepancies
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Requirements and Qualifications
1-2 years of work experience required
Minimum of 6 months experience with TruckMate Software
Strong organizational skills and teamwork abilities
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Automation
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
