Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician to join our client in Indianapolis, IN. This individual will be responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production machinery, trouble shooting/problem solving, as well as working with electrical systems, motor controls, plumbing, pneumatics, conveyors, and hydraulics. The ideal candidate will possess one (1) year of related experience with a working knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, plumbing, pneumatics, conveyors, and hydraulics. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $25 to $30/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st shift: 8 am to 4:30 pm from Monday through Thursday, plus 7 am to 3:30 pm on Friday
Located in Indianapolis, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production machinery
Trouble shooting & problem solving
Working with electrical systems, motor controls, plumbing, pneumatics, conveyors, and hydraulics
Carpentry work as necessary
Maintain records for parts and repairs
General maintenance and repair of facilities, grounds and equipment
On call as necessary
Requirements and Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
One (1) year related experience
Working knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, plumbing, pneumatics, conveyors, and hydraulics
Current and valid auto insurance and State driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of our organization
Understands the importance of preventive maintenance on all systems
