Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Office Clerk to join our client in Chicago, IL. This individual will be responsible for completing various office-related tasks, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing supplies and more. Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Starting at $17 to $19/hour, paid weekly

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Located in Chicago, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete accounts payable duties in a timely manner

  • Ensure that filing and organizational tasks are up to date

  • Responsible for running daily reports as needed

  • Complete general office tasks and additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be attentive to detail

  • Must have Quickbooks experience and understanding

  • Experience working as a clerk or in an administrative role

  • Strong computer skills required
