This individual will be responsible for completing various office-related tasks, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing supplies and more. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $17 to $19/hour, paid weekly
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Located in Chicago, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Complete accounts payable duties in a timely manner
Ensure that filing and organizational tasks are up to date
Responsible for running daily reports as needed
Complete general office tasks and additional duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be attentive to detail
Must have Quickbooks experience and understanding
Experience working as a clerk or in an administrative role
Strong computer skills required
