This individual will be responsible for operating a flexographic press, ensuring high-quality output of printed materials, and maintaining equipment. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Pay: $22/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday
3rd Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Monday to Friday
Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality output of printed materials
Direct and monitor the activities of crew members if a helper is packing products off press
Review job packets to determine production needs
Ensure accurate completion of all related paperwork
Confirm that the department has adequate supplies
Clean inking rolls with solvent, using protective gloves, and replace them in the press using hand tools
Perform additional duties as requested
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of roll-to-roll, wide web (minimum of 40" wide) central impression Flexo press operator experience required
Ability to read and interpret measurements up to a 16th of an inch using a ruler or tape measure
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds without assistance
Ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness
Physically active, with abilities including fingering, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, climbing, squatting, walking, lifting, pulling, and bending (This person is on their feet for the entire shift)
Must live within a 40-minute drive of the Crystal Lake location
