Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Inspector to join our client in Vernon Hills, IL and Wheeling, IL. This individual will be responsible for inspecting products and ensuring they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience as a QA inspector, proficiency in using calipers, and strong attention to detail. Apply online and kick-start your career today!
Pay: $18 to $22/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:45 pm or Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:30 pm with occasional OT on Saturday if necessary
Location: Vernon Hills, IL and Wheeling, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met
Use calipers and other measuring tools to check product dimensions
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues
Identify areas for improvement in the inspection process
Utilize CMM / SMM calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Requirements and Qualifications
Resume and interview required
At least 2 years of experience as a QA inspector
Proficiency in using calipers and checking measurements
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs
