This individual will be responsible for dock scheduling, coordinating shipments and deliveries, and ensuring the smooth operation of shipping and receiving functions. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Ranging from $24.00 - $25.00/hour
1st shift: 8am - 5pm or 7am - 4pm, both shifts Monday - Friday
Located in Bloomingdale, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage dock scheduling using Open Dock
Communicate with carriers and internal departments to confirm delivery and shipment appointments
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Update and manage shipment tracking systems and logs
Generate shipping documents and labels as needed
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Support warehouse and shipping teams with scheduling and paperwork
Ensure compliance with all safety and company procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience in shipping & receiving administration or a similar clerical logistics role
Familiarity with Open Dock (preferred) or other dock scheduling software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented and capable of handling a fast-paced environment
