This individual will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and inventory management. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Pay: $18/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Location: Cary, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
Verify items received match orders, unload trucks using a sit-down forklift, inspect items for quality, sign documentation, scan items into inventory, and move to warehouse shelving units with forklift
Keep lamination and slitting operations running by pulling material from warehouse and delivering to machines
Apply barcodes to rolls produced by lamination and store them on shelving units using a forklift
Conduct inventory counts regularly across all locations
Pull materials from shelving and deliver to the production floor as needed
Prepare orders for shipment and manage general maintenance of all warehouse areas
Requirements and Qualifications
2+ years of accident-free forklift operation (sit-down and stand-up forklifts required)
2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading trucks, reading and creating shipping labels, etc.
Experience with moving products from floor to shelving units at least 5 levels high with a forklift, and picking product from stacked shelving and delivering to machines with a forklift
Experience performing inventory counts and using RF scanners
Ability to lift 35 to 60 pounds repetitively from floor to shoulder height, and 10 to 35 pounds from shoulder to overhead
Ability to push 200-400 pounds using a cart, hand truck, or pallet jack
Proficiency in measuring and interpreting measurements up to 1/16th of an inch using rulers, with strong basic math skills
Ability to work independently, be reliable, and have basic keyboarding and data entry skills
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Additional Skills A Plus:
Experience with automatic shrink wrappers
Experience using balers
Experience with FedEx, UPS, and World Ship
