Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate to join our client in Lebanon, IN. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that items are packed correctly and verifying units of measure, size, and quantities. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $21/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm
Located in Lebanon, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
Pick items with Radio Frequency (RF Scanner) devices or pick tickets quickly and accurately
Ensure items picked are correct, verifying unit of measure, size, and quantity
Quality-check (QC) and pack customer orders with care and in an efficient/productive manner
Comply with all applicable federal and state laws
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations pertaining to the operation
Must be able to work overtime when necessary
Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is desired
Normally requires a minimum of one (1) year of equivalent work experience
Previous warehouse/distribution experience is preferred
Adequate mobility to continually walk and stand
Must be able to read and understand English
Exhibit a sense of urgency to ensure all deadlines are met
Computer knowledge is desirable
