Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for Warehouse Associates / Machine Operators to join our clients in Bethlehem, PA, and Easton, PA. This individual will be responsible for unloading incoming materials, loading outgoing products, and checking items against the packing list, or following the prescribed methods for machine operation to ensure the highest level of machine efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly

Located in Bethlehem, PA and Easton, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
Unloading incoming materials, loading outgoing products, and checking items against the packing list
Monitors and packs to the highest level of machine efficiency and product yield
Inspect the quality of the product ensuring the product remains consistent throughout the production run
Notifying the machine operator of any significant deviations from the normal operating conditions
Follows the prescribed methods for machine operation to ensure the highest level of machine efficiency
Performs minor adjustments to the machinery during operation to ensure the quality of the product
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience as a warehouse worker is preferred
Experience in a mass retail-style warehouse is preferred, but not required
Ability to serve as a warehouse worker / forklift operator/material handler is beneficial
Candidates must complete assigned line tasks and may handle meat products
Bending, twisting, lifting over your head and standing for up to 12 hours
