Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our client in Hialeah, FL. This individual will be responsible for everything related with setting accounts in the software. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Ranging at $21/hour
- Temporary to Permanent
- 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
- Located in Hialeah, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accounted for
- Maintain detailed records of accounts receivable transactions, including invoices and payment history
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Prepare journal entries related to accounts receivable as needed
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage for tracking and managing accounts
- Collaborate with the public accounting team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts
Requirements and Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in Sage, Excel medio-alto
- 2-3 years experience in account receivable jobs
- accounting software knowledge
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
