This individual will be responsible for invoice processing, data entry, invoice matching, system sensitivity, and additional payroll support. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $18/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Located in Spring Grove, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Efficiently process approximately 300 invoices per month
Accurately enter invoices into the system, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established procedures
Verify invoice details to prevent duplication in the system
Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
Pay careful attention to details, especially when entering invoice numbers, as the system is sensitive to errors
Contribute to payroll-related tasks, providing support as needed
Proficient in data entry and working with accounting software (e.g., Excel, Quickbooks)
Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely processing of invoices
Exceptional attention to detail, especially concerning invoice details and system inputs
