HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BLENDING OPERATOR IN SOMERS, WI
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Blending Operator to join our client in Somers, WI. This role involves blending powders and liquids in a fast-paced mixing department. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and motivated to excel.
Pay, Schedule, and Location:
Pay Rate:
$24 to $25/hour, paid weekly
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays
Location:
Somers, WI
Duties and Responsibilities:
Blend chemicals, including irritants, corrosives, and oxidizers, following strict safety protocols.
Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety procedures.
Follow batch sheet instructions to ensure accurate blending processes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform inventory transactions related to blending activities.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Continuously learn and improve processes to enhance productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in blending or chemical handling is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Self-driven and eager to learn new processes and skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
