Ranging at $24.00 - $26.00/hour
1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm
Located in Glendale Heights,IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Check and sort emails sent by customers to the quality team
Figure out what the emails are about and who should reply
Mark which ones are urgent and tell the QA supervisor
Reply to some emails with the right quality control documents
Great customer service responsibilities
Someone who feels comfortable asking for help or speaking up when something’s wrong
Strong communication skills, and is comfortable working with customer facing duties
Requirements and Qualifications
Follow directions carefully
Pay attention to details
Be professional and polite in your emails
Handle multiple tasks and work quickly
Be good with computers (Microsoft Office & Google tools)
Be okay with strong spice smells in the workplace
