Pay, Schedule, and Location
Pay: $19.35 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide support and information
Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations
Handle customer complaints with patience and tact, escalating issues when necessary
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
