Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
3rd shift schedule: 10 pm to 6:30 am
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday schedule
Located in Bensenville, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with our customers via phone calls, faxes, chat, and e-mails
Handle large volumes of phone calls (inbound and outbound)
Responsible for placing orders, handling inbound requests, and setting up appointments
Assist customers with order status questions, resolving returns, inquiries, and disputes
Responsible for taking information and other pertinent information over the phone
Responsible for reporting any trending issues to the customer service leadership team
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be willing to work in a changing fast-paced environment
Needs to be able to help customers navigate the company website
Ability to handle escalated calls with good communication skills
Must document all call and e-mail information according to standard operating procedures
Must be able to provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding products and pricing
