HIRING IMMEDIATELY: EXTRUSION MATERIAL HANDLER & PACKER IN WINTER HAVEN, FL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Extrusion Material Handler & Packer to join our client in Winter Haven, FL. This individual will be responsible for operating and maintaining the mixer to produce sufficient material to supply the extrusion plant. This position will assist the Line Operator downstream with all functions of production to include but not limited to, packaging, grinding, visual QC of pipe and movement of materials. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $15/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 12 AM to 8 AM
Located in Winter Haven, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
Follows established policies and procedures to perform the functions of the job.
Follow prescribed mix sheets for the proper amount of raw material ingredients and mix cycle time.
Make the proper number of mixes per instructions.
Ensures hoppers never run out of material.
Demonstrates outstanding housekeeping skills.
Cleans the mixing room every shift.
Keep the mixing room in an organized manner.
Compacts bags every shift.
Grind scrap as needed and/or instructed.
Assists Machine Operator downstream with stated packaging requirements.
Plant cleaned and ready for the next shift.
Record and document work activities, production levels, and product inspection results per specified company guidelines.
Neatly count, pack, label and organize finished parts for stock movement.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift SO pounds.
Subjected to a hot work environment during warmer months.
Forklift certified (done on-site by company).
Must have an extreme eye for detail to ensure product quality standards are met.
