Pay, Schedule, and Location
$50,000 to $53,000/year, paid weekly
1st shift schedule
Located in Bloomfield, CT

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness across all production areas
Ensure equipment is thoroughly cleaned to meet food safety standards
Oversee cleanliness of aisles, break areas, bathrooms, and offices, ensuring they are organized and in good condition
Monitor and correct sanitation deficiencies as needed
Participate in daily start-up meetings, focusing on detail and process improvement
Ensure safety policies are followed and chemical training is completed
Work closely with the sanitation team to maintain quality standards
Control equipment damage costs through awareness and discipline
Complete and verify all required documentation according to the Sanitation SOP
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant certifications
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and early morning shifts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and able to handle difficult tasks
