HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE MANAGER IN NAZARETH, PA

Accurate Personnel is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Nazareth, PA. The ideal candidate will supervise and assign the work of maintenance employees, ensuring the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team and overseeing the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems. Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Pay: $23 to $30/hour, based on experience

  • Schedule: Various schedules available

  • Location: Nazareth, PA

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervision: Supervise and assign the work of maintenance employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance tasks are completed.

  • System Maintenance: Oversee and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems to ensure they are in good working order.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues or malfunctions in the systems, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance.

  • Employee Guidance: Provide direction, training, and support to maintenance employees to ensure high-quality work and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Eighteen months of education and training beyond high school level in general maintenance and repair, or a closely related area.

  • Experience: Two years of experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities, with the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.

  • Skills:

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
