Pay, Schedule, and Location
$20 to $30/hour, paid weekly
Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 3:30 am
Located in West Chicago, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment
Use shop equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, and presses
Perform welding repairs and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques
Create work orders, parts requests, shift logs, and routine reports
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, safety rules, and operating instructions
Perform a variety of physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds occasionally)
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; technical school or industrial apprenticeship preferred
Minimum of 3 years of industrial experience or 5 years in a related industry preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge, electrical troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with PLC operations
Ability to weld various grades of metal and use shop equipment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, and climbing
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
