Schedule:
3rd shift, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Location:
Pleasant Prairie, WI
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist operators with line setup and maintenance.
Operate machinery according to applicable procedures.
Change out reels of cable while maintaining continuous line function.
Utilize tagging systems to label reels accurately.
Perform minor adjustments and repairs to machinery.
Conduct quality checks and inspections of products to ensure compliance with production orders.
Maintain safety by wearing required PPE and adhering to Southwire safety rules and procedures.
Observe good housekeeping practices and review Job Hazard Analyses and Safety Data Sheets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work safely and follow all safety protocols.
Comfortable working 3rd shift hours and performing physical tasks as needed.
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
