Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Associate to join our client in Easton, PA. This full-time position is ideal for someone with experience in assembly, soldering, and working with electronic components. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Pay: $20 to $23 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Location: Easton, PA

Duties and Responsibilities
Follow detailed work instructions to build and package medical products.
Perform light assembly work, including electro/mechanical assembly operations.
Assemble and test finished products to meet the needs of worldwide customers.
Work with material handling equipment.
Operate in an FDA-regulated environment.
Execute Batch Production Records and SOPs to ensure quality standards.
Program RFID tags and generate network ID tags using GUI and server webpages.
Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) and other software tools like 7-Zip.
Conduct soldering tasks and assemble products with multiple printed circuit boards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Windows and shared drives.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Ability to read and execute Batch Production Records and SOPs.
Extensive soldering experience and assembly work with printed circuit boards.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions in a regulated environment.
