Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Operator to join our client in Glendale, KY. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential member of the start-up team, contributing to the launch of the facility from the ground up. Pay, Schedule, and Location:
Starting pay at $21/hour, paid weekly.
Potential to earn up to $24/hour with scheduled increases and performance bonuses.
All shifts available.
Located in Glendale, KY.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate computerized manufacturing equipment for lithium-ion battery production.
Conduct quality checks and basic troubleshooting throughout the production process.
Perform continuous image inspections and visual quality checks to meet standards.
Monitor and interact with equipment, ensuring normal operating activity.
Identify and address irregularities in the production process, materials, or product quality.
Work in a team environment, effectively communicating across the organization.
Adhere to safety protocols and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Comfortable learning new technology and working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred: 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required skills: Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, and reading comprehension.
