Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $55,000 to $65,000/yearly, paid weekly

Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
Manage retail sorting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures to protect people, products, and service quality.
Plan staffing schedules to meet productivity standards while staying within budgeted labor hours.
Oversee the collection, loading, and tracking of packages according to established processes.
Team Leadership
Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate employees to maintain a productive team.
Address complaints, resolve issues, and provide coaching for improved performance.
Monitor attendance, performance, and adjust staffing as necessary to meet operational needs.
Serve as a positive representative of the company when communicating with employees and customers.
Equipment & Facility Management
Maintain accurate accounting of equipment and supplies, ensuring preventative maintenance is performed.
Coordinate equipment use, including belts, trailers, tractors, and yard movements.
Conduct daily yard checks and ensure operational readiness.
Customer Communication & Reporting
Communicate with customers to update them on service execution progress.
Prepare accurate reports and fulfill reporting requirements on time.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, specifically in inbound/outbound inventory management.
Proven team management and leadership skills.
Knowledge of DOT rules and safety regulations.
Proficiency in inventory control and warehouse management procedures.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with reporting software.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred
Forklift certification is required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
A collaborative, dynamic work environment.
Hands-on role involving both indoor and outdoor tasks.
