Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $14/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st shift schedule: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday with some weekend availability
Located in Plant City, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
Use basic cleaning techniques and equipment to keep facilities running smoothly.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure high-quality cleaning and sanitization.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks consistently.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Work independently and take initiative while also being a dependable team player.
Adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including evening or weekend shifts if required.
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience in sanitation or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations is desirable.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment
Understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to follow protocols and procedures.
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning agents.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and supervisors. English/Spanish
