Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Lead to join our client in Greenwood, IN. This individual will assist department supervisors in the daily activities of their assigned department. Pay: Starting at $18 to $19/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm
Location: Greenwood, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing pick/pack/ship/replenishment processes
Coordinate staffing within department areas
Pick/pack/kit orders as needed
Load and create replenishments
Wave orders through WCS system and investigate WIP through WMS system
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma and/or 1-2 years of equivalent experience required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates flexibility with deadlines and tasks
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience or willingness to learn to operate power equipment
Ability to learn and utilize a variety of computer software programs
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Oracle or comparable WMS
Must be able to adapt to changes and memorize procedures
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write basic English
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling
Ability to lift approximately 25-50 lbs
