Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Operations Lead to join our client in Wood Dale, IL. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate processing, picking, packing, and shipment of customer orders, as well as managing the receiving of incoming shipments, and verifying the accuracy and quality of deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations and the ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $18 to $20/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st shift: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
Located in Wood Dale, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the timely and accurate processing, picking, packing, and shipment of customer orders
Manage the receiving of incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy and quality of deliveries
Ensure proper documentation and storage of received goods
Oversee the assembly of kits, ensuring all components are included
Develop and maintain kitting procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Work closely with Sales and Customer Support to understand customer requirements and expectations
Maintain a record and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements
Other duties as assigned by Supply Chain management
Requirements and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
You must have excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to understand and implement customer requirements
Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs
Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent
