Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our client in Bolingbrook, IL. This position involves leading a team of warehouse associates in the picking and packing operations. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Pay: $18.25 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates in picking and packing operations
Ensure that daily tasks and productivity goals are met
Train and coach team members on proper procedures and best practices
Monitor workflow and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency
Oversee the quality control process to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
Address and resolve any issues that arise during daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Ability to lift and move products as needed, up to 50 lbs
