Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for anAccounts Receivable Clerkto join our client inLakeland, FL. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to manage payment processing, account discrepancies, and financial reporting. Pay, Schedule, and Location
$15 to $17/hour, paid weekly
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Friday: Flexible, 7:30 am – 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Located in Lakeland, FL

Duties and Responsibilities
Apply customer payments and post payments by recording cash and checks
Research and solve payment discrepancies and adjust accounts as needed
Prepare daily manual deposits and weekly reports for the accounting manager
Prepare monthly statements and summarize receivables
Maintain and verify records by scanning invoices, debits, and credits
Investigate account discrepancies by working with sales, management, and customers
Resolve collections by reviewing customer payment history and communicating with customers
Handle cash matching browser discrepancies on a weekly basis
Ensure confidentiality and follow all company procedures
Perform other duties as required and assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with BizTrack or similar software
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ethical conduct and problem-solving ability
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
General math skills and a willingness to learn
