The Cold Extrusion Associate is responsible for packaging and inspecting pet treats as they come from other departments in the facility. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
12-hour shifts, 5 pm to 5 am, full-time schedule
Located in Harvard, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Package treats/food/supplements based on work order details
Inform Operators and Leads of any quality concerns
Check package seals and lot numbers for accuracy
Move pallets out of the room once they meet the TiHi
Assist Operators and Leads with any requested duties
Follow all pre and post-inspection procedures
Perform other job duties as assigned by the lead or supervisor
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must be at least 18 years old
Basic math skills—counting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to bend, stoop, and occasionally lift or move up to 60 pounds
