HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CREDIT ASSOCIATE IN BOLINGBROOK, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Credit Associate to join our client in Bolingbrook, IL. This individual will be responsible to help and support management in any required task or situation as reporting to the General Manager and is assisted and directed to follow procedures and policies established by the company. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Ranging at $17.50/hour
- 1st Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
- Medical benefits and overtime available
- Located in Bolingbrook, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assure all the credit policies are followed along with making sure the credit applications are properly filled
- Analyze customer credit references when required by other companies
- Assign and change credit scores according to the customer credit records
- Oversee aging, brokers deposits, and collection procedures
- Maintain account balances up to date to prevent errors along with sending delinquent accounts to the collection agency
- Deposit collections and balances open items
- Log customer payments, along with collected monies (cash sales, pallets sold, etc.)
- Requesting short payments and verify chain statements are sent
- Notify sales brokers of NSF checks and request collections
- Communicate with banks for deposits, NSF checks or any other information required
- Enter credit memos into the system as well as releasing credit hold orders
Requirements and Qualifications
- Accounts receivable experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and meet deadlines
