Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $19.50/hour, paid weekly

1st shift: 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
Located in Janesville, WI
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and organize data by cleaning, verifying, and updating large datasets to meet implementation deadlines.
Use tools like Excel and internal systems to process and analyze data.
Collaborate with internal colleagues to gather missing or incomplete information.
Monitor progress daily and meet weekly targets to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Become a system key user, fully understanding new functionalities to assist teams with any questions or issues post-implementation.
Provide first-level support to internal teams for system-related queries during the transition period.
Maintain and update data tracking tools to ensure progress transparency and accountability.
Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the success of the project.
Requirements and Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel, including the use of filters, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet challenging deadlines.
Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and navigating corporate structures.
