Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our client in Bolingbrook, IL. This individual will be responsible for picking, packing, and palletizing products accurately, as well as operating reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and pallet jacks safely. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $19 to $20.50/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Located in Bolingbrook, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and palletize products accurately.
Operate reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Use RF scanners to process orders per customer service standards.
Verify products, quantities, and order numbers for accuracy.
Transport products and materials across the warehouse.
Stage pallets at the shipping dock and store pallets on warehouse shelves.
Maintain safety protocols when moving freight throughout the warehouse.
Assist with inventory management and organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
Prior forklift experience, including reach truck, Electric Pallet Jack and sit-down operation, is required.
Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to verify product quantities and order numbers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of meeting physical demands, including lifting, moving, and staging pallets.
Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean workspace.
