Starting at $18 to $25/hour, paid weekly

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical phone support to various users across the business
Assist in the problem-solving process and work to find solutions
Communicate with a wide variety of internal and external individuals
Work to develop a strong understanding of all relevant products/materials
Requirements and Qualifications
Professional communication skills and customer management over the phone and in person
Must possess the ability to think outside of the box when problem-solving
Able to work fluidly with coworkers even in high-stress situations
IT background preferred
