Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Logistics Billing Analyst to join our client in Ruther Glen, VA. This individual will be responsible for a variety of billing related tasks, such as verifying billing charges, processing accounts, and maintaining documents related to logistics. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $17/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
Located in Ruther Glen, VA
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for processing: Interline Payables, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
Verify and document all billing charges
Maintain and track documents related to assigned loads to carriers and their agreed rates and fees to the customers.
Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices
Review invoices and check requests
Sort and match invoices and check requests
Set invoices up for approval and payment
Reconciliation of payments
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Requirements and Qualifications
Requires 1-2 years of work experience
Requires 6 months experience with TruckMate Software
Good organizational skills
Strong sense of teamwork
Able to adhere to strict deadlines
Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft Office Automation
Must be able to interact with all levels of Management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
