Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor physical security and report policy or procedure violations.
Assist in internal theft investigations and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Support the protection of physical, human, and profit assets.
Collaborate with supervisors and management to enforce safety and loss prevention policies.
Conduct audits, document findings, and report safety violations.
Verify disposal processes and observe product disposal accuracy.
Monitor employee compliance with processing guidelines through floor observation.
Perform data entry for audit results, activity reports, and incident reports.
Respond to alarm activations and assist with gatehouse duties as needed.
Conduct exterior patrols to ensure building security and assist with random inspections.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by minimizing debris and supporting equipment functionality.
Participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Proficiency in data entry and documentation.
Familiarity with safety and loss prevention procedures is a plus.
Willingness to learn and demonstrate proficiency in distribution center processes.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities throughout the shift.
