Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary:
Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Bloomingdale. IL. They are seeking a Machine Operator due to growth. Please see below additional details on the job duties and requirements for consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to meet production requirements
- Inspect products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately document production data and report any issues
- Work closely with team members to optimize efficiency.
- Assist in training new machine operators as needed
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Hours: Ability to work the hours of 6:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday
Compensation / Benefits:
- Compensation: $46,000.00 Annual Salary - Paid Monthly
- Health, dental, and vision insurance - 90% of Costs paid by employer
- Paid time off and holiday pay along with Profit Sharing
